Hello friends,
We're very close to finishing up post production on Nowhere To Nowhere. Our fearless and tireless leader, Randall LaRue, is pulling out all stops to pick up the slack for the rest of us working stiffs. The final cuts have been made and the sound is just about finished. After that, it's off to the festival circuit - hopefully coming to a theater near you! Until then, enjoy these set photos, courtesy of Randall himself. Find out more about the film on Facebook and follow all of Dual Tape Deck's antics on Instagram and on our website. Thanks for your support! Hello all. Above are a few stills that were forwarded to me from the Dual Tape Deck feature film, Nowhere To Nowhere. Editing is going well and we should expect to hear about the film's release date over the coming months. Until then, check out the Dual Tape Deck web site or become a fan of Dual Tape Deck on Facebook for up to the minute info.
I was digging through my computer today and found a few set photos from a film that I shot last summer. I had a small part - an Australian hit-man! The film is not out yet, but I'll be sure to post more information as it is made public.
This just in! Brains Fart Comedy has posted episode one to their YouTube chanel. Any fans of Tim and Eric out there will get some chuckles out of these guys.
I will be featured in several skits throughout the show. In this particular episode I play a creepy church camp counselor, the role for which I was born. Fair warning. This show is not for everyone. However, if you feel so inclined, check out Brains Fart Comedy on YouTube and don't say that I didn't warn you. The Dual Tape Deck team had a wrap party Saturday night where we screened the final cut of Pistol Brothers. Pistol Brothers is the first in a series of genre bending, western inspired short films that we plan to make over the next few years. Above are a few screenshots of my Preacher character as he is introduced to the series. It's a very exciting time over at Dual Tape Deck. Stay tuned for release date information and follow our efforts on Facebook!
Hello all. Here are some photos from the pilot episode of "Hysteria", an Amazon Prime production. This was a non speaking role that I played for all of about two minutes on screen. But man was I handsome for those two minutes. It was great fun and I got to spend two days shooting with my good friend Cassadie and several fellow members of my Central Texas Actors group.
Expect some good stuff from Jay and Ben over at Brains Fart Comedy. I've been working with them on some fun parody trailers and skits to keep the world belly laughing. I'll post links when everything is available for viewing. Watch for them on Youtube and other social media outlets.
It's really been a crazy couple of days since I got back from my anniversary vacation. Sunday night was a really great Western Horror movie shoot. I got to play a preacher, confronting the Devil in the flesh. Then on Monday I had a full 12 hour shoot for an upcoming -- as of yet unannounced -- network TV series, followed by my final scene from another unannounced mafia thriller. Then Tuesday was another 14 hour day of shooting on the TV series.
It's all been great and I can't wait to post clips when I am given the OK. Until then, enjoy these behind the scenes photos. I was lucky enough to get booked on this fun commercial today in Austin. We're having some good times out here in the beautiful weather.
